Parvati river in Parvati valley

I painted this plain air work in Parvati valley Himachal Pradesh(India).
Is is a narrow river filled with rounded river stones and ice cold water. I wanted to paint this particular scene because there was some light on stones and it was beautiful. I painted this scene almost in 3 and half hour. I started in morning and light was changing fast .. there were big mountains all around so there was not so much light there. This was one of the amazing moment for me.
